As per the choices mentioned above, Indraprastha Engineering College, Ghaziabad is the best to pursue engineering in CSE. It is a private engineering college, established in 2000. It has been quite decent in placements, faculties, infrastructure and environment. Although it is yet to prove its potential in engineering field, most of the students choose this college when one becomes out of options. It is not the best in Delhi-NCR but it is decent for the ones who wants to pursue engineering with interest. Good luck.
