In my View you fulfil all the required terms and conditions for the admission as the officila notification states as follows

The IPU CET Law eligibility criteria mention that a candidate needs to have passed 10+2 board examination from a recognised institution with English as a compulsory subject. The minimum marks required is 50% in the aggregate of the subjects studied in the 12th board examination. Aspirants must note that according to the order passed by the High court, there is no age limit for appearing for any law entrance exam. Thus, interested candidates of any age can apply for IPU CET Law 2018.
