see the course structure of bca i.e bachelor of computer application and B.tech in computer science engineering is quite different. BCA course mainly focus on computer algorithms , programming language, basic of computer networks etc. where computer science syllabus includes basics of circuit theory, hardware and software engineering, digital electronics etc. from my point of view CSE is more elaborate and has wide scope after completing b.tech. you may do job in software engineering domain or hardware engineering or as research and development engineer.

After completing bca course you may work as a web developer, office executive and data analyst profile.
