INTEGRATED BSC AND MSC BASICALLY MEANS A FIVE YEAR PROGRAM(3year bsc &2year msc), IT CAN BE PURSUED AFTER INTERMEDIATE OR ONE CAN SAY 12TH. AND THE DEGREE IS EQUIVALENT TO POST GRADUATE DEGREE OF PURSUING MSC. BUT THE LEVEL OF BOTH THE COURSES ARE DIFFERENT.  YOU'LL GET A POST GRADUATE DEGREE AFTER PURSUING AN INTEGRATED COURSE JUST AFTER 12TH. AND IF YOU WANT TO OPT-OUT OF THE INTEGRATED COURSE THEN YOU CAN INVEST YOUR THREE YEARS AND YOU'LL STILL GET A BSC DEGREE.

And It Is a good choice because the demand of integrated courses is increasing. You can easily grab a job of , scientist, researcher, lecturer or a consultant. These job profiles offer high remunerations compared to other jobs of the same kind.

Integrated 5 years MSc OR as you say Bsc+Msc is a science/research degree offered by many IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IISERs as well as many deemed Universities. The Integrated degree is good as long as you are interested in the respective Core Science Subjects.

As far as IITs ans BITs is concerned most of the students land with job offers in either of Core ir Jon Core Sectors. Besides this many students after a science degree venture into either of Professional Research in a public or private sector organization or perhaps into Higher Technical Institutes in India or Abroad for Doctoral Degree. Integrated B.Sc.-MSc. course is the combination of the both Bachelor's and Masters degree courses.
The students study from the basics of a bachelor's course to advance study of Master degree.
It is generally 5years course (B.Sc+ M.Sc).  The students can take admission to this course after 10+2 and at the end of this integrated course,the candidates receive Post Graduation degree.
