Firstly you should know about what is MTECH integrated course. It consists of 5 years i.e. 3 years in BTECH degree and 2 years in MTECH degree. Yes Integrated MTECH course is good in VIT Vellore but not in VIT Bhopal. So you should prefer VIT Vellore and not VIT BHOPAL.
