I am sorry to say that your IPCET BJMC rank is below average. But looking on the bright side you are a native of Delhi so it may be easier for you to get admission in a college but you cannot normally get better colleges like VIPS, JIMS, MAIMS, etc. The colleges you can expect to get admission based on last year's cut off ranks are as follows:

2)Delhi Metro Educational Knowledge Park

3)Lalita Devi Institute of Management Studies
