Dear Sir / Ma'm, if you repeat NEET, your previous attempts' score does not really hold any value. Your 12th board marks and your that years' NEET marks matter. However, previous years' marks of NEET does not hold any value. Prepare sincerely and you will definitely score well.

Madam if someone want to repeat and does not have 150 marks in pcb in 12th what's the option

Yes you are right,  you need an aggregate of 50% i.e 150 marks in PCB if you are from general category.
Neet eligibility criteria is :-
UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
