In order to be eligible for NEET UG you need to have completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or should complete on or before 31st December of the year of his or her admission to the 1st year MBBS or BDS course.

Yes, for NEET UG 2019, the candidates age must be atleast 17 years as on December 2019.

Although there is no upper limit on the age criteria.
