KEAM ranks are calculated by taking 50% of your KEAM score and 50% aggregate of your class 12th PCM marks. So you will be having a good ranking only when both of your scores i.e, KEAM score as well as class 12th PCM marks are good. Even if your class 12 scores are not good you should try for 400+ marks in KEAM.
Since you have not mentioned your class 12th marks, with 250 marks in KEAM and assuming your class 12th percentage is somewhere around 98% you may get the following colleges:
GEC Sreekrishnapuram
GEC Kozhikode
GEC Thrissur
NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad
