According to your score in NEET 2019, it is very unlikely to get into any of the government colleges but as you mention you are searching for a seat in private college so you can definitely get a seat in private colleges. If you want to get into private colleges in MP then go for Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Science (SAIMS), Indore or Chirayu Medical College, Bhopal.

It would be great to know your Reservation and if you have a State domicile of Madhya Pradesh. Anyways considering you're not SC or ST category, 407 isn't enough for achieving a seat in MP even if you happen to have a domicile in the state and enjoy 85% State Quota. With the easy questionnaire this year, the cutoffs will tend to rise a but making it even tougher to say with any surity that your marks could get you an MBBS seat through merit.
