As per your mentioned marks, it seems to diificult to get a seat in JIPMER. Considering the total number of seats per year in both pondicherry and karaikal branch  and the level of competition is coming out to be a higher ratio and eventually the probability of obtaining a seat becomes less. Around 2 lakh students appear every year to compete for these 200 seats. Thus the probability goes very low.

My suggestion will be you have to score more to obtain a seat in jipmer or apply for neet and choose a best college from the list. You can also consider doing medicine in AFMS which is a renowned government body and doing medicine here has an higher value always.
