No the rank is too far form the cutoff ranks for the two campus by JIPMER. The previous year's cutoff for OBC for Puducherry cmapus was 51(the last category rank) and for the Karaikal campus was 240 category rank. So it is next to impossible for you to get the college if your category rank does not fall in the range mentioned above. According to previous years cut off rank analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon a lot of factors such level of difficulty of jipmer this year, no of applicants from obc category etc etc so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity, generally closing rank goes around 750 from general and around 200-500 for obc ,this year for the 1st round of counselling ranks from 1 to 370 are called for counselling and for general category ranks from 1 to 750 are called for counselling in both the cases chances of them extending to 11586 are less so you might not have a chance.
