No it is not compulsory to get 75% in class 12th.

The candidate should have  Passed HSC Examination/Equivalent with Physics, chemistry and Mathematics. You should have passed the Class 12th (10+2) Examination from a recognised Board, with at least 45% marks for general category and 40% marks in case of SC/ST category.
