Hi Nagaremanisha, yes the 85% for bvsc is filled through mht cet. First you have to apply on the online for the course and the merit list will be released as per your marks in the entrance exam and your 12th exam. You have to go for the counselling rounds to carry the seats. As per your cet marks you may get in your own state.
