ABC is a good book not that important ,that you should focus on this book only.Firstly you need to study NCERT chemistry thoroughly.Then you may focus to other books like OP Tandon,MS Chauhan and for organic morrision and Boyd ,JD Lee for inorganic chemistry. i Hope it helped.

Yes modern abc will be a good book are ncert books are highly recommended  for neet exams and this book could build a strong base for solving  higher level questions  you can also refer books by OP tandon,  morris boyd for preparing the neet chemistry  part.
