Hi Vikrant,

            I am here to help you with your query. You will get your admission in MGIMS based on NEET only. But they prepare two merit list i.e state and all India merit lists based on NEET marks. So students belong to Maharastra can get admission based on State list through which they have more chances to get a seat in MGIMS.
