Yes it is fine when don't have much for it, but in frank opinion if you have other options till Bangalore or Hyderabad then go for those.

Hello sir,
Yeah definitely Aeronautical, Aerospace engineering as well Avionics engineering is famous in Hindustan University, Chennai. These branches are famous in this college , so i think you should go with it in Hindustan.
