I think you are talking about M.Tech in Biotechnology.So, yes you can M.Tech in Biotechnology because the basic eligibility criteria for MSc in Biotechnology is a bachelor's degree in any science stream.It can be MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, Nursing, etc. with at least 50% marks in graduation from a recognised University.
