The duration of MBBS is 5 ½ years which includes 4.5 academic course duration + 1-year paid internship. So almost all colleges of India take fees for academic course duration i.e, 4years and 6months. I don't think any colleges take four year fees. Almost every government college take fees for academic course duration. But some Private medical colleges take fees for duration of 5 year too. Its depend on colleges. You should check the specific college information to know exactly for what time period they take fees.
