Is anna-university Mech syllabus is enough for GATE preparation ? or I have to refer any other book??

I would suggest you to follow the syllabus of GATE 2018 as prescribed by IIT Guwahati, the exam conducting body. You should prepare from some reference books by famous authors too for concept clarity.
