Till now, there is no official notification regarding the opening of engineering colleges. But it is expected that the colleges will start to open from 1st January 2021. Different states have their different guidelines to reopen the schools and colleges. Now as you have not mentioned your college or state. So, it is hard to provide you some more info. But, all the states are trying to get over this situation as soon as possible.
