Medical certificates are not required at the time of counselling,but at the time of admission you must have one.

At the time of counselling your academic certificates are evaluated,domicile certificate,caste certificate,income certificate are only required.But at the time of college admission you must be fit and fine and to ensure that college authority would ask you to produce a valid medical  certificate.
