Hello Ramesh,

Yes, you are eligible for CAT exam . If you are fullfiling the basic criteria provided by them as:

The candidate must hold Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Candidates in final year of Graduation are also eligible to apply for CAT 2019
