Does the ap pgecet qualified students registration for counselling has been closed or no yet started

Yes, the APPGECET counselling process are held for both GATE/GPAT qualifying candidates as well as for APPGECET qualifying candidates.
But right now, there is no official scheduled dates are released for the APPGECET counselling process.
But most probably, it will held in 4th week of August 2019 or in 1st week of September 2019 for APPGECET qualifying candidates.
So, to get details about exact dates of counselling I will suggest you to keep checking the official websites too.
