Yes scholarships are available on basis of your GRE scores and academic, meritorious studnets with GRE score more than 330+ have high chances.
For GMAT you need 720+ scores.

You can also get Fulbright Nehru scholarship if you have more than 3+yrs workexperience.
Tata scholarship is also available for Cornell University,other scholarships like Hubert Humphrey fellowship program for work experience candidates pursuibg foreign studies.

The criteria is stringent and you need to be amobgst best to avail such benefits.
