Yes, on October 31, 2020 paper notification was released regarding AP PGECET counselling. You can check the notification by copy and pasting the link below

But the registrations for the counselling haven't started as per the schedule. There's been a delay regarding the registration for the counselling. It may start anytime soon so you will have to lookout for updates regarding the counselling.. You can use the link below to check the update and schedule
