No the IMUCET exam 2020 is not yet available. They were supposed to release the application form of IMU CET 2020 in April and it will be available tentatively till the second week of May. As those were tentative we cannot say exactly when they will release. I would suggest you to check the official website for latest information. Please click the below link to know more.

IMU CET is  conducted by the Indian Maritime University every year for admissions into various UG & PG courses. The application forms are filled online and was to be out this year by April 2020.
