Arihant have quite a bunch of good books for IIT JEE. Starting from previous paper solution to specialized books by IA MARON, Amit.M.Aggarwal etc. Now the books are quite good and articulately mentions the topic well. But the problem lies in the solution manual, as there are many step jumps and many printing mistakes in the solution. So if you are considering the book, don't rely on the solution very much and use your knowledge well in order to get justification to the solution. Overall the books are great, still you should note about the solutions provided in the book and take necessary precaution before studying them rigorously.

So, with regard of you're query.  Yes, that is plenty. When it comes to JEE preparation, Arihant's series material is excellent, and you should definitely consider read it.

Giving one or two arihant test series and then trying to solve prior JEE advance exams are the finest ways to check. If you notice any discrepancies, make adjustments to your research. However, if you don't notice any differences and can solve the majority of the problem or segment, you're fine to go.
