Hello Aspirant,

AEEE is a university-level exam conducted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, for admission to its four-year B.Tech programmes.
Where as KEAM is a state level entrance exam conducted for admissions into B.Tech/B,Pharma/B.Arch courses offered by the participating institutes in the state of kerala and there are over 150 participating institutes.

So, i would suggest you to appear for KEAM because it will give you more options of colleges and it is also a state level exam.
