                  Coming to your question after the division of states Hyderabad is declared as the united capital for 10 yrs  right that is only for the financial state rest of all the stuffs are individual to each other. So by this says that andhra university doesn't come as a local university in telangana its completely different from each other.... Well consider it as absolutely non - local...
