Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) formally Uttar Pradesh Technical University, is a State University located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and was established in the year 2000. The University is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctoral programs in Pharmacy, Engineering & Technology, Architecture, Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Fashion & Apparel Designing, Management and Computer Application through its affiliated colleges.



Eligibility criteria



Passed intermediate exam. of U.P. Board or 10+2 level exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or its equivalent from any recognized Board / University with minimum aggregate marks of 45% for General & OBC and 40% for SC/ST category in the subject groups, without grace marks.



BTech eligibility -10+2 (Science Stream) with 45% marks in aggregate



Exam - upsee or mains
