Yes, the allotment of MBBS seats in AIIMS will be done in 3 rounds (namely, Round 1, Round 2 and Mop up round) as it was done earlier. The only difference is that your NEET score will be taken into consideration rather than the previously preferred AIIMS entrance exam score.
