As far as I know. Banasthali University has not been mentioned under the partner institutes on the UCEED website. You'll have to personally contact the university to be sure.

IIIT Delhi only allots seats to Delhi domiciles and U.P. Institute of design only to UP state domiciles.

UCEED exam is conducted by IIT Bombay for admissions to Bachelor of Design (B.Des) offered by IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati and IIITDM Jabalpur. It is one of the reputed course.
