BHU is really good college.

infrastructure 8/10

academics 9/10

faculty 8/10

curriculum 7/10 (not sure)

but some of my friends didn't go for it, but overall its is 8/10. SO GO FOR IT!

Yes, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi is a Central University and ranked 13th in India by the NIRF rankings. It offers a number of courses and the faculty is great for Bachelor's in Science Courses. It is a good option but one can also look for better options if available. The college also offers placements but not a good amount of students get placed after pursuing Bsc and generally go on for pursuing a masters. It conducts entrances for all its courses you can apply and appear for them if you want admissions in BHU.

Yes both of the courses are available in BHU and BHU is a renowned University if you want to take admission in any of these causes I suggest you to go for it because it is a government university and its value is also quite good. don't think once it is a good college without any doubt. while you can also refer to the official website of Banaras Hindu University for more info.
