Yes, they do have Biomedical Engineering under Bachelor of Engineering (BE) courses. It is a 4 year course and they charge a total of Rs 75,000 per year. Karpagam College has only 3 B.tech courses,  namely : Chemical Engineering,  Biotechnology and food technology.
