Yes B tech biotechnology is a emerging field and people who Didn't even used to know about there is a branch like biotechnology which exist . Now a news everybody knows about biotechnology it is emerging field and if you look into the current scenario of covid it has come up with great ideas to develop vaccine. if you are really interested into doing BTech biotech I think you should just go for it.even after doing BTech biotechnology you think this field is not for you then you can easily switch into the corporate world if you are not interested in to the scientific research.
