I think you cannot apply for JEE Main and BITSAT as there will be age restrictions as well as the year of passing class 12. You could check Manipal lateral entry which allows students with diploma or B.Sc to get into the second year of engineering. However B.Sc candidates must have studied Maths in their graduation. As for VITEEE and SRMJEEE as well as other universities, they have only specified 10+2 so most probably not. You could still write to the universities and ask. For Manipal Lateral entry check here
