College of Engineering Roorkee or COER is a private engineering college affiliated with Uttarakhand Technical University.

College is a good start for a career because the academics are better as the teachers are very supportive along with the exposure.

Coming to the portion of placement scenario see, the placement is directly promotional to the hard work an individual made along with the opportunities. So, do not especially depend upon the college for placement because at last, you are the one who needs to build a career further. The placement is maximum for students from CS/IT branches and the average package offered is approximately 4-5 LPA. Many reputed companies visited the campus every year. The highest package offered was 25 LPA.

The fee for the Btech course is approximately 2.3 LPA including whistles and mess.
