No , because it doesn't contain any serial no.

Dear student,

Definitely the caste certificate of central government is valid for admission in Maharashtra. There are certain categories that have different categories under state norms and central norms. Therefore if that is the case with you then yiu would need a state caste certificate otherwise you are good to go.

I have central caste certificate of obc ncl...I live in pune completed my studies from pune...but my native place in odisha...I applied for caste validity certificate...but they asked me for Maharashtra State caste certificate...so how can I apply for my caste validity...if I have central caste certificate...plz help

The issue in central caste certificate are that they do not contain any serial no. That's where the problem arises, you need to first apply for castes certificate.
