No,It is not the matter since computer systems and business systems deals much with statistical analysis and business growth.However,Computer science Engineering deals with computer systems and parts which also includes coding part.So there are much prospects in modern world if you study Computer Science Engineering.Almost all colleges offer a decent placement in CSE engineering.SO i would prefer you to go for CSE Engineering.
