Computer Science Engineering focuses more on computer software and solving problems at software level while Computer Engineering deals with hardware and software of computer simultaneously. So to sum up CSE will help you gain more software knowledge while CS will provide you with basic hardware as well as software knowledge. It is recommended to do more research and then select either of these courses for your career.
