Yeah overview of CSE department in VIT CHENNAI  is overall good in all aspects. Coming to word which you displayed here Good. So first of all let me tell you one thing that no one gonna able to explain you this word because you know....it totally depends upon you how you are comparing the CSE branch in what factor.
As faar as my point of view VIT CSE department has well refined teachers which will give you the deep understanding of every keen points as well placement point of view it has decent placements records with an average package of 3.5 to 4.5 lakh per annum. We can't say it as GOOD as such because even some students can't get this offer as well.
So overall taking CSE at Vit chennai campus is better choice.
