CUCET entrance exam for MSc Botany is conducted for admission into the following central universities;

• Central University of Kashmir
• Central University of Kerala
• Central University of Punjab

The entrance test is conducted for a duration of two hours in MCQs format, there are two part namely Part A  which consists of English, General Knowledge and Numerical Ability, Part B which is subject specific, that is Botany in your case, check out the syllabus at https://cucetexam.in/CUCET2020/Document/Syllabus/Syllabus_PGQP22.pdf

In order to succeed in any entrance exam, you need to be well acquainted with paper pattern and syllabus which I've already mentioned above, next comes the study materials, hence it's important to be thorough with your graduation level studies of botany, and practice the other sections through standard books, go through previous year papers as well as apply mock tests on regular basis.
