There is never a problem for Distance Learning,  if you don't have other ancillary problems.  Always check for Reservations available and verify whether all your certificates are ready, according to Government notification.

If you have a job then it is good for promotion...but if you are a student do preparation for competitive exams rather going for a degree which is worthless for getting a private or govt. Jobs...coz both require talent not degree...
Govt. Jobs criteria maybe MBA but exam is tough..
Private sector :- jobs ate much but you have to face GD and interview
