No, not at all, instead of Domicile certificate you need Your class XII marksheet & Passing Certificate. The address if Your SCHOOL will serve as proof of Home State. Your Domicile Certificate won't work in JoSAA as the concept of home State for JOSAA is totally different.The state in which your class XII school is situated is considered as your Home State although you may originally belong to any other state.
