Dear Keertana, yes. You need to submit domicile certificate of Karnataka if you want to apply for Karnataka State Counselling. This is because only those canfidates who have domicile of that particular State can apply for 85% State Quota of that State. The same rule applies to Karnataka State Quota as well.
