I choose haryana as my domicile state in neet form but now I have domicile of other state and not of haryana. can i change the domicile state during counselling?

If you wish to apply in the Haryana counseling procedure through the state quota, you need to make sure you have the domicile certificate with you as, during the document verification process, the authorities will be asking for the same. Hence, I suggest you get a domicile certificate made.
