Hello Subhadip,

Domicile certificate is required to apply for the 85% State Quota in WB. It won't affect your All India Rank but it can affect your candidature in the state, if you don't have domicile. You will have to apply through another quota. Please don't stress now. Just focus on your preparations! This few days are imperative. All the best!!
