Hello Prem,

Whenever we register for an entrance examination which is valid for a state specific or all over India colleges, we need to submit few documents regarding our  identity, nationality and acedemic background (10th, 12th or diploma etc.)

Similarly while registering for NEET, we need to submit our 10th and 12th marksheet along with a passport size photo, signature photo and a Valid ID proof.

As NEET being an India context entrance examination, might not to submit the documents like domicile and Aadhar Card during registration but afterwards when you approach a college for admission the college would ask you for your domicile and Aadhar card.

Government colleges, in Maharashtra or others, definitely ask for domicile and Aadhar card before admission. And as far as Private colleges are concerned they are subject to change their guidelines depending on the management intake.

Hope it helps.

All the best!
