No the forms are not yet released for admission in University of Delhi. The University of Delhi will start the DU 2020 admission process by opening the registration window anytime soon now, at du.ac.in. The last date to fill the form is 30th June 2020. Please click the below link to know more.

Delhi University application form  is not clear yet

This is because,
DU application form has been postponed due to covid-19 break and the lockdown caused by the pandemic , till f urther notice but as of now , no new dates have been issued for the release of application form

So for now you need to wait for the notification regarding release of application form by Delhi University.
